Pesach in Urbia

I'm now living in NJ and suburbia has come upon me like a wave. The town I live in is lovingly called "urbia" by my partner and I because it's not quite the rows of identical houses with mowed yards. It's a bit"rougher", if you will.
But since I've moved here I've been to my first Red Lobster (several times now), been to two different Targets and WalMarts in one day, and been to and enjoyed my first Applebee's/
Noooo, it's got a hold of me! :)
I'm freelancing for the show Chopped, on the Food Network, and that's taking up a lot of my time. (I just adore Ted Allen, the host, and his cute little facial expressions and chic glasses - if only I were a gay man).
I made a mini seder tonight which turned out to be a lot of food. We ended up looking up "short seder" on the internet and finding a 30 minute seder and doing it off of my laptop. Way to go, 21st century! And Happy Passover! I'm going to my friend's seder tomorrow night since no one had time to have a big one until tomorrow.
